Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC Reports N381 Billion Revenue for 2025 Fiscal Year

Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC has announced a robust financial performance for the year ending December 31, 2025, recording a revenue of N381 billion. The group's profit surged to N225.3 billion, marking a 68% increase from the previous year.

Total income for the group reached N896 billion, representing a 38% increase from the previous year's N647 billion. The growth was primarily fueled by a sharp rise in fee and commission revenue, climbing to N230.2 billion, a 35% increase from N170.4 billion in 2024.

Trade revenue also made a significant contribution, increasing by 33% to N77 billion year-on-year. Net interest income jumped to N585 billion, reflecting a 43% increase from N410.5 billion in 2024, indicating strong lending activities and improved asset quality.

Operating expenses grew to N330 billion, a 35% increase from N244 billion, largely due to higher staff costs and administrative expenses.
