Supreme Court Delay Sparks Concerns Over Governor's Suspension in Nigeria

The suspension of Rivers State Governor, Similayi Fubara, by President Bola Tinubu has raised concerns about constitutional violations in Nigeria. 11 PDP governors challenged the suspension in the Supreme Court, questioning the President's power to suspend an elected official.
