SUNU Assurances Nigeria Q1 2026 Unaudited Results Approved
The Board of Directors of SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc met on 27th April 2026 and approved the company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the first quarter ended 31st March 2026. The company disclosed that the Q1 2026 UFS will be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on or before 30th April 2026.
SUNU Assurances Nigeria Plc (NGX: SUNUASSUR) has notified shareholders and the general public that its Board of Directors convened on Monday, 27th April 2026, and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements (UFS) for the first quarter ended 31st March 2026.
The disclosure was made in a corporate action filing dated 28th April 2026 and signed by Taiwo Kuku, the Company Secretary and Head of Legal.
According to the filing, the approved Q1 2026 UFS is scheduled to be filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) on or before 30th April 2026, in compliance with NGX listing rules.
The company also noted that, pursuant to Rule 17:18(a) of the NGX Rulebook on Closed Period, the existing Closed Period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q1 2026 UFS is released to the public. During a Closed Period, directors, employees, and other designated insiders are restricted from trading in the company's shares.
