At that meeting, the Board approved the company's unaudited financial statements for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. The filing was made pursuant to the Post-Listing Rules of NGX.
The company confirmed that the approved unaudited financial statements will be submitted to NGX on or before April 30, 2026. No financial figures were disclosed in this notification.
