The Super Eagles of Nigeria will play two friendly matches against Iran and Jordan in Turkey, specifically in Antalya, due to the current security situation in the Middle East. Originally scheduled to take place in Amman, Jordan, the matches have been moved to ensure the safety of the players and staff.

The first match against Iran is set for Friday, March 27, 2024, followed by a match against Jordan on Tuesday, March 31, 2024. This relocation comes amid ongoing conflicts in the region, particularly involving Israel.

The friendly fixtures will serve as a crucial opportunity for the Super Eagles' coaching staff to fine-tune the squad and assess player options as they prepare for future international assignments, including the gradual shift towards the 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign.
