Super Eagles Prepare for Friendly Against Jordan's Al-Nashama

The Super Eagles of Nigeria, under the guidance of head coach Eric Chell, are set to face Jordan's Al-Nashama in an international friendly match on March 31 in Antalya, Turkey. The team is coming off a 2-1 victory against Iran, with goals from Mose Simon and Akor Adam.

Despite the absence of defenders Semi Ajayi and Bruno Onyemaechi, who left camp due to personal reasons, Chell has 21 players available for the match. The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) director of communications, Dr. Ademola Olajire, confirmed the team's readiness.

Chell is looking to establish new defensive partnerships, with players like Igoh Ogbu and Zaidu Sanusi stepping in. Alex Iwobi is on track to earn his 98th cap, while Wilfred Ndidi, Frank Onyeka, and others are expected to contribute significantly.

Historically, Nigeria and Jordan have met twice at the senior international level, with both teams sharing victories.
