Supreme Court of Nigeria Upholds Suspension of Democratic Structures in Rivers State

The Supreme Court of Nigeria dismissed a suit filed by 11 governors of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) challenging the emergency rule imposed in Rivers State by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
