Suzuki by CFAO Trains Women Mechanics to Bridge Auto Skills Gap in Nigeria

Suzuki by CFAO, in collaboration with CFAO, is training a new set of women mechanics in Nigeria to bridge the auto skills gap. Aissat Diouf, the General Manager of Suzuki CFAO, leads the initiative to provide certification and training tailored to maintain modern vehicles.

The program aims to enhance after-sales services, increase vehicle lifespan, and empower women in the automotive sector, focusing on Suzuki models. Graduates receive practical training on maintenance, repair, and engine management systems, breaking gender barriers in the traditionally male-dominated field.
