Tambuwal: ‘Tinubu, APC Focused On Manipulating Electoral Process’ – Paul Ibe

Paul Ibe, in an interview with Daily Post, reported that former Governor of Sokoto State and Senator Aminu Tambuwal was arrested by the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as part of a larger plot to weaken the opposition. Ibe alleged that the administration, led by President Tinubu and the APC, aimed to manipulate the electoral process and establish a system favoring them.

He claimed that Atiku, the opposition coalition leader of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), was targeted by Tinubu's actions. Ibe criticized Tinubu for undermining the rule of law, freedom of association, and freedom of speech, comparing the current situation to a civilian dictatorship worse than military rule.

The interview highlighted concerns about the integrity of the electoral process and the actions of the ruling party.
