Court Gives Nnamdi Kanu Ultimatum in Terrorism Trial, Warns of Rights Waiver

The trial court has given Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader, a fresh ultimatum to defend himself in a terrorism case. Failure to do so by November 5 could lead to waiving his rights.

The court overruled Kanu's no-case submission, urging him to present a defense. Notable figures like Buhari, Tinubu, Wike, and others are linked to the case.

Kanu plans to present 23 witnesses, including key government officials. The trial is set to continue on November 4.
