The Initiates Plc Board Meeting Set for July 28, 2026
The Initiates Plc has notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited of its 60th Board of Directors meeting, scheduled virtually for Tuesday, July 28, 2026. The meeting will consider the company's Q2 2026 unaudited financial statements, growth strategy, and management report.
The Initiates Plc (TIP), a Port Harcourt-based waste management and industrial cleaning company, has issued a formal notice of its 60th Board of Directors meeting, to be held virtually on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 10:00am.
The board will convene to consider three items: the company's Growth Strategy, the Audit Committee Report alongside the adoption and approval of the Unaudited Financial Statement for the period ended June 30, 2026 (2026 Q2 UFS), and the Management's Report.
In compliance with Nigerian Exchange Limited post-listing requirements, The Initiates Plc declared the commencement of a closed period for trading in its shares effective July 1, 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the 2026 Q2 UFS is formally announced to the market.
During this closed period, no insider with access to material information, nor their connected persons, is permitted to deal directly or indirectly in the securities of The Initiates Plc.
The notice was signed by Company Secretary Olaide Odejobi and the company's board comprises five directors, including Chairman Anosikeh J.O. and CEO/MD Ossai R.M.
