Oba Solomon Issues Strict Burial Instructions Amid Family Dispute

Oba Solomon, a content creator and self-described prophet, has made specific burial instructions public, warning that anyone who ignores them will face severe consequences. In a viral video posted on X on October 28, 2026, he stated that he should be buried inside a room in his house, with his bed removed, and ruled out the use of cemeteries, mortuaries, or embalming chemicals.

He requested a four-hour delay after his death to confirm he is truly deceased. Solomon warned that anyone who weeps for him would be struck by thunder and that any alteration of his instructions would lead to a miserable death.

He also advised his wife to move on to another relationship the day after his death. His comments coincided with a dispute over the burial of late gospel singer Toluwanisings, who died on October 14, 2026.

His father wants him buried in Ibadan or alongside his mother in Ikirun, while his widow prefers a conventional burial site.
