Tuchel Responds to England Squad Player Withdrawals

The players who withdrew include Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Fikayo Tomori, and Aaron Ramsdale. This situation arose as the England team finalized their squad ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026, with a deadline for naming the squad set for May 30.

Tuchel acknowledged the need to manage the workload of the players, especially as England prepares to face New Zealand and Costa Rica in warm-up games before the World Cup, where they will compete against Croatia, Ghana, and Panama in their group.
