Tinubu Appoints Five Executive Directors to NCDC for Regional Development

President Bola Tinubu has appointed five executive directors to the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) to drive infrastructure development in states like Benue, Kogi, and Plateau. The commission, established in February 2025, aims to tackle ecological challenges and promote economic growth in the region.

The appointees include Biliquis Sanni, Aisha Ibrahim, James Uloko, Muhammad Bashar, and Atika Ajanah, who will oversee various aspects like administration, finance, and projects. Tinubu urged the new directors to work closely with the governing board to promote sustainable development in the zone.

This move signifies a step towards enhancing regional development and addressing key issues in the North Central states.
