Tinubu to Inaugurate Renovated National Theatre in Nigeria, Celebrating Cultural Heritage

Former Lagos State Governor, Tinubu, is set to commission the renovated National Theatre in Nigeria, a project costing an estimated 100 million Naira. The renovation was executed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and the Bankers Committee as part of their contribution to national development and preservation of Nigeria's cultural heritage.

The theater, renamed Wole Soyinka Centre for Culture and Creative Arts, will be inaugurated with the presence of dignitaries, including governors, members of the National Assembly, diplomats, and industry leaders. The reopening of the theater is seen as a celebration of Nigeria's cultural legacy and a platform for the expansion of the creative industry.
