Tinubu Appoints Masari as Special Adviser on Politics

On Thursday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu appointed Masari as Special Adviser, a promotion from his previous position as Senior Special Assistant on Political Affairs. Masari, a politician from Katsina and a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has previously served as the Welfare Secretary during Adam Oshiomhole's tenure as party chairman.

In his new role, Masari will work alongside Alhaji Yau Darazo, who was appointed by Tinubu in July 2023. This appointment reflects Tinubu's ongoing strategy to strengthen his advisory team and enhance political affairs within his administration.
