Tinubu Mourns Hajiya Umma, Mother of Ex-Gov El-Rufai

President Bola Tinubu extended his condolences to former Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai following the death of his mother, Hajiya Umma, who passed away on a Friday in Cairo, Egypt. In a condolence message issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu remarked on the significant impact Hajiya Umma had on her family, raising children and grandchildren, and contributing greatly to the nation.

He expressed empathy for El-Rufai's loss, acknowledging the deep sorrow that comes with losing a mother. Tinubu emphasized the value of Hajiya Umma's life and the wisdom she imparted to her family, offering prayers for her memory and asking for Allah to grant her Aljannah Firdau.
