Tinubu Leads Nigerian Delegation to Africa CEO Forum

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu attended the Africa CEO Forum in Kigali, Rwanda, accompanied by Minister of Defence Christoph Musa and Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser. The trip aimed to enhance Nigeria's image as an investment destination despite its economic challenges, including inflation and a fragile naira.

Tinubu's presence at the forum was intended to signal Nigeria's commitment to leading discussions on economic stability in Africa. The delegation also visited the United States to meet with high-level officials, including Vice President Kamala Harris and U.S.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio, to discuss security and intelligence cooperation. The costs associated with such diplomatic missions have raised questions among Nigerian taxpayers regarding the return on investment, especially in light of the current fiscal climate.

The discussions included proposals for a multi-domain hybrid intelligence shield project to address modern warfare challenges.
