Prophet Ikuru Predicts Tinubu's Victory in 2027 Elections

Prophet Godwin Ikuru, founder of the Jehovah Eye Salvation Ministry, has prophesied that President Tinubu will retain the presidency after the 2027 general elections. He cautioned opposition parties against expending resources on a contest he believes they cannot win.

Ikuru, who is also the Social Democratic Party (SDP) senatorial candidate for Delta Central in the 2027 elections, described his prediction as "spiritual." The upcoming presidential election is anticipated to feature a three-way contest among President Tinubu, who represents the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Peter Obi, running on the platform of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), and Atiku Abubakar, who is associated with the African Democratic Congress (ADC). Since assuming office in May 2023, Tinubu's administration has implemented significant economic reforms, leading to Nigeria's highest economic growth in a decade, according to a World Bank report.

However, many Nigerians continue to struggle with rising costs of living, which has led to frustration directed at the president.
