Tinubu Congratulates Adenle on Winning Global Food Award

Nigerian scholar Ademola Adenle, a sustainability expert, received the prestigious Global Swaminathan Award for Food and Peace. He was congratulated by Bola Tinubu for his outstanding work in agriculture innovation and policy, focusing on sustainable solutions for rural populations.

Adenle plans to launch initiatives to address malnutrition, waterborne diseases, and energy poverty, particularly through solar power adoption. The award was presented by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the M.S.

Swaminathan Centenary International Conference in New Delhi. Adenle's initiatives will be implemented in collaboration with the M.S.

Swaminathan Research Foundation across Africa and Asia.
