Tinubu Applauds Nigerian Scholar for Global Food and Peace Award

Bola Tinubu praised Prof. Ademola Adenle for his prestigious win of the M.S.

Swaminathan Award for Food and Peace, akin to a mini Nobel Peace Prize, for his transformative work in global food security and sustainable agriculture. The award was presented by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at a conference in New Delhi.

Tinubu lauded Adenle's commitment to addressing food insecurity and climate challenges, emphasizing the importance of his achievements in promoting agriculture innovation and renewable energy across Africa and beyond. The initiative also involves launching a women bioscience program to empower rural agricultural communities.

Senator Abubakar Kyari and the Minister of Agriculture were present at the meeting, pledging support for Adenle's initiatives.
