Tinubu Returns to Abuja After Rome Meeting on Counter-Terrorism Efforts

Former Nigerian Governor Tinubu returned to Abuja after attending a high-level meeting in Rome as part of the Aqaba Process, co-chaired by King Abdullah II of Jordan and the Italian government. The meeting aimed to enhance regional cooperation in combating terrorism, with a special focus on West Africa.

Tinubu held bilateral meetings with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, U.S. President Donald Trump's senior advisor Massad Boulo, and Vatican's Secretary of State Cardin Pietro Parolin to discuss religious harmony and combat disinformation in Nigeria.
