Free JAMB Registration for 10,000 Enugu Students Launched

The SERHA (South East Renew Hope Agenda) has initiated a program to offer free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) registration for 10,000 eligible students across Enugu State. The launch occurred yesterday, with Belusochukwu Enwer, the national coordinator of SERHA, emphasizing the goal of removing financial barriers that prevent qualified students from accessing tertiary education.

This initiative is part of President Bola Tinubu's Renew Hope Agenda, which prioritizes youth empowerment and educational reform as essential components for national development. Enwer highlighted that the program is not merely a charitable act but a strategic investment in the future, empowering the next generation to contribute to the growth and development of both the state and the country.

The initiative also aligns with broader efforts to stabilize the educational sector, including the establishment of the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) to improve access to higher education.
