Group Urges Tinubu to Crush Oil Cartels Sabotaging Local Refining in Nigeria

A group gathered in Kaduna to urge President Tinubu to tackle powerful oil cartels sabotaging local refining efforts, particularly targeting Dangote Petroleum Refinery. The rally, led by Comrade Igwe and Comrade Dahiru Umar Maishanu of PANEP, called for decisive action to combat economic sabotage and ensure Nigeria's energy independence.

The group accused the oil cartels of colluding with foreign interests to hinder local refining initiatives, emphasizing the importance of protecting Dangote Refinery's operations. They warned that failure to address these challenges could deter future investors and harm Nigeria's economic progress.
