APC's Olusola Adeyeye Confident in Tinubu's 2027 Win

Olusola Adeyeye, a former senator representing Osun Central and the South-West Coordinator of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, stated on Channels Television’s Sunday Politics that President Bola Tinubu will not lose the South-West in the 2027 presidential election. He asserted that the All Progressives Congress (APC) will secure a major victory if it remains united.

Adeyeye warned that any party underestimating the upcoming election would be mistaken, claiming that the APC is working hard to win. He referenced former President Olusegun Obasanjo's experience, noting that losing the South-West would not preclude a candidate from winning the presidency.

Adeyeye also expressed confidence that the APC would win Osun State, attributing Governor Ademola Adeleke's popularity to his family rather than his political standing. He addressed concerns about former Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola's influence, stating that Aregbesola's popularity would not automatically benefit another candidate unless he himself was running.
