Tinubu's Economic Reforms Commended by Ex-Rep Oghen Egoh

Oghen Egoh, a former member of the House of Representatives for Amuwo Odofin, praised President Bola Tinubu's economic decisions during a press conference in Lagos on Sunday. He noted the administration's commitment to national development through strategic infrastructure projects, including the ongoing Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, which aims to enhance coastal connectivity, boost tourism, and expand trade across several states.

Egoh highlighted the ambitious nature of these infrastructure undertakings, emphasizing their historical significance for Nigeria's economy. He also mentioned the Sokoto-Badagry Superhighway, which is expected to strengthen north-south trade routes and improve agricultural logistics.

Furthermore, he acknowledged the progress on the Abuja-Kaduna-Zaria-Kano dual carriageway and the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, which is nearing completion. Egoh commended the administration's adoption of reinforced concrete pavement for major highways, which he believes will improve durability and reduce maintenance costs.

He urged Nigerians to remain patient as the benefits of these reforms and investments become evident in the coming years.
