Tonye Cole Urges Nyesom Wike to Defect to APC for Political Clarity

Tonye Cole, a former governorship candidate of the APC in Rivers State, has called on Minister Nyesom Wike to end political ambiguity and formally defect to the APC. Cole emphasized the need for Wike to clarify his political allegiance to avoid confusion in Rivers State and Nigeria.

He stated that Wike's continued identification with the PDP while serving under President Bola Tinubu's administration was causing unnecessary political confusion. Cole believes Wike's formal defection to the APC would strengthen democracy in Nigeria and stabilize politics in Rivers State.

He urged Wike to join the APC for fair political competition.
