Enugu Residents Stage Total Shutdown Protest for #FreeNnamdiKanu

Enugu witnessed a complete shutdown as residents supported the #FreeNnamdiKanu protest led by Ohanaez Youth Council demanding the immediate release of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB). The protest paralyzed economic and social activities, with markets, petrol stations, and major roads deserted.

The OYC emphasized non-violent demonstrations to draw attention to perceived injustices against the Igbo people. Despite the economic impact, the OYC remains resolute in their demand for justice and Kanu's release.
