His coaching choices, including starting goalkeeper Antonin Kinski against Atlético Madrid, faced criticism. The club confirmed that goalkeeper coach Tomislav Rogic and physical coach Riccardo Ragnacci also left their roles, with gratitude expressed for their efforts during Tudor's challenging period.

Tudor's departure coincided with the reported passing of his father, which may have influenced the decision. As Tottenham faces a potential relegation threat, Austrian coach Adi Hutter is a leading candidate to replace Tudor, while former manager Harry Redknapp has also been linked to the role.
