Teenager Arrested for Removing Sister's Eyes in Bauchi Money Ritual

A 17-year-old boy, Auwal Dahiru, and five others were arrested for allegedly plucking out the eyes of his 7-year-old sister, Rukayya Muhammad, in a money ritual in Wailo Kubi, Ganjuwa Local Government Area of Bauchi State. The suspects confessed during interrogation, and the victim was rushed to Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Teaching Hospital for medical attention.

In a separate incident, a boy from Daya village in Fika LGA was allegedly killed by his older brother. The Federal Road Safety Corps officials were reported to have tortured civilians, leading to injuries.
