Transcorp Declares N20.3bn Dividend at 20th AGM

At the 20th Annual General Meeting held in Abuja, Transnational Corporation Plc declared a total dividend of N20,323,995,148, which represents N2.00 per share for its shareholders. This total dividend includes an interim payment of N4,064,799,030, equivalent to 40 kobo per share, paid in August 2025, and a final dividend of N16,259,196,118, which is N1.60 per share.

Group Chairman Toni O. Elumelu emphasized the company's commitment to delivering sustainable long-term value despite macroeconomic challenges.

For the fiscal year 2025, the company reported a 33% increase in revenue to N544 billion and a 31% rise in profit before tax to N179.5 billion. Elumelu and Group CEO Owen D.
