Transcorp Hotels Reports Record Profit Amid Nigeria's Hospitality Boom

Transcorp Hotels Plc has seen a significant increase in profit, with a 45% rise to N14.82 billion in the first nine months of 2025 compared to N10.24 billion the previous year. The surge in demand for conferences, leisure stays, and events contributed to this growth, especially at its flagship Transcorp Hilton Abuja.

Despite a 49% increase in total operating expenses, the company's operational profit expanded by 32% to N24.69 billion. Uzoamaka Oshogw, the Chief Executive Officer, highlighted the success of the newly commissioned 5,000-seat event center and the company's commitment to redefining hospitality in Africa.
