Transcorp Plc Reports 54% Increase in Pre-Tax Profit to N38.8 Billion in Q3 2025

Transcorp Plc, a conglomerate operating in energy, hospitality, and power sectors, announced a 54% increase in pre-tax profit to N38.8 billion in Q3 2025 compared to N25.23 billion in Q3 2024. The group's revenue for the quarter stood at N133.76 billion, a 53.96% rise from N86.9 billion in Q3 2024.

The nine-month period ending in September 2025 saw Transcorp's revenue grow to N413.44 billion, representing a 38.9% increase from N297.7 billion in the same period in 2024. The energy business remains the largest revenue contributor, generating approximately N270.9 billion.

Transcorp Hotel Plc also recorded strong results with revenue from the hospitality segment rising by 49% to N72.31 billion in Q3 2025.
