Transnational Corporation of Nigeria Plc, a leading conglomerate in Africa, announced a 20.5% rise in profit after tax (PAT) to ₦91.4 billion in the third quarter of 2025 compared to ₦75.9 billion in the same period in 2024. The group maintained a strong gross profit margin of 48%, reflecting disciplined cost management strategies and operational efficiency across its business units.
