Nottingham Forest Signs Super Falcons Striker Joi Omewa from Fortuna Hjørring

Nottingham Forest has officially completed the signing of Super Falcons striker Joi Omewa from Danish outfit Fortuna Hjørring. The 23-year-old forward, who scored 52 goals in 85 league appearances during her three-year spell at Fortuna Hjørring, has signed a contract with Nottingham Forest until the end of the 2025-26 season.

Omewa has also won the Danish Women's Cup twice and the Kvindeligaen league title in the 2024-25 season. She has represented Nigeria at the U-17, U-20, and senior levels, making two appearances for the senior national team.
