West Ham United Pursues Defender Chibuik Nwaiwu

West Ham United has joined the pursuit of Nigerian defender Chibuik Nwaiwu, who is currently with Trabzonspor. Reports indicate that Fulham is leading the race to acquire Nwaiwu, who has been valued at £35 million.

Trabzonspor has already rejected two bids from Fulham for the player. Nwaiwu, who joined Trabzonspor from Austrian club Wolfsberg AC, has made 16 league appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist during the second half of the last season.

His performance has drawn attention from multiple clubs, with West Ham United reportedly considering a £30 million bid for the defender, which has not yet been accepted.
