Akor Adams Joins Venezia on Long-Term Contract Until 2030

Akor Adams, a Super Eagles striker, has completed a permanent transfer from Spanish club Sevilla to Italian Serie A team Venezia, signing a long-term contract that will keep him at the club until June 30, 2030. The transfer was confirmed by Venezia, who welcomed Adams as a key addition for the 2026/27 Serie A season.

Born in 2000, Adams began his career at Jamba Academy and moved to Sogndal IL in Norway in 2018, where he made 56 appearances, scoring 16 goals. He then transferred to Lillestrøm SK, scoring 28 goals in 50 appearances, before moving to Montpellier in French Ligue 1, where he netted 13 goals in 49 league appearances.

Adams joined Sevilla in January 2025, scoring 10 goals in 37 appearances. He cited Venezia's ambitious long-term vision and the passionate support of the fans as decisive factors in his decision to join the club, expressing pride in being part of their project.
