Benue Troops Neutralize Armed Robber, Escort Farmers in OPWS Operation

Troops of Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS) in Benue State intensified security patrols, escorting farmers and neutralizing an armed robber in Ukum Local Government Area. Acting Media Information Officer, Lieutenant Ahmad Zubairu, reported that troops swiftly responded to a distress call, engaging an armed herder in Tse Anema village.

The soldiers also intercepted two suspected criminals destroying farmlands, maintaining patrols to prevent further destruction. This operation aims to secure the environment for farmers and residents, with a focus on preventing armed attacks and ensuring safety in the region.
