Nigerian Troops Neutralize Kidnap Suspect, Arrest Informants in Plateau State

Nigerian troops from the 3 Division of the Nigerian Army, operating under the Joint Task Force Operation Enduring Peace (OPEP), neutralized a kidnapping suspect and arrested three informants in Plateau State. The operation followed a distress call regarding a kidnapping incident in Dong community, Jo North Local Government Area.

The troops recovered arms and ammunition, including an AK-47 rifle and ammunition. The suspects are believed to be part of a local kidnapping syndicate.
