Ndidi Out for Season with Hamstring Injury in Turkey

Wilfred Ndidi, the captain of the Super Eagles, has been ruled out for the remainder of the Turkish league season after suffering a grade 2 hamstring injury. The injury occurred during the Istanbul derby against Fenerbahçe last weekend.

Medical examinations confirmed the extent of the setback, with scans revealing the severity of the injury. Ndidi is expected to be sidelined for a period of six weeks, which will keep him out for the rest of the regular season in Turkey.

This season, Ndidi has made 22 league appearances and scored two goals since joining the Turkish club from Sky Bet Championship side Leicester City last summer.
