Two Yobe Lawmakers Resign from PDP Amid Crisis

Hassan Kaikaku Jakduwa, both members of the House of Representatives representing the Fika, Fune, and Bade Jakusko federal constituencies in Yobe State, have officially resigned from the People's Democratic Party (PDP). Their decision, communicated through a resignation letter, was influenced by personal convictions regarding their political future and the belief that this step is in the best interest of their constituents.

Engr. Kajer expressed that the decision was made after careful consideration of the current political realities and emphasized his unwavering commitment to serve the people of the Bade Jakusko federal constituency.

He noted that the welfare and unity of the community remain his top priorities. However, both lawmakers did not disclose their next political party affiliation following their resignation from the PDP.
