Uba Sani Receives Awards and Distributes Medical Equipment in Kaduna State

Senator Uba Sani was honored with awards and led the distribution of medical equipment and ambulances at the Kaduna State Primary Health Care Board headquarters. Various healthcare unions and associations recognized his achievements in revitalizing and upgrading 255 primary healthcare centers, establishing new neonatal corners, and procuring oxygen plants.

The initiative aimed to reduce neonatal mortality rates, improve healthcare access in underserved areas, and enhance emergency response capabilities. Governor Uba Sani emphasized the importance of prioritizing primary healthcare as the foundation for achieving universal health coverage.

The event also marked the commencement of full salary payments based on the CONMESS and CONHESS salary scales, addressing promotion backlogs and ensuring the availability of essential medicines. The distribution of modern medical equipment and ambulances sought to optimize service delivery and emergency response systems across Kaduna State.
