UK Court Grants Poco Lee Bail Ahead of Hearing

Poco Lee, whose real name is Iweh Odinaka, has been granted bail by a UK court ahead of his scheduled appearance at Snaresbrook Crown Court on September 15, 2026. The bail was confirmed on September 11, 2026, amidst earlier uncertainty regarding his custody status.

Poco Lee is facing five sexual offence charges, including attempted rape, two counts of rape, and two counts of assault by penetration. He has denied all allegations and maintains his innocence.

The Crown Prosecution Service has confirmed that the case remains active, and the upcoming court date will involve a plea and trial preparation hearing. Poco Lee expressed confidence regarding the charges in a video shared on Instagram, stating that he knows he did not commit the alleged offences.

His legal troubles began following his visit to the UK for the Davido and Friends concert at the Crystal Palace Bowl on August 14, 2026. He has not been convicted of any offence as of now.
