UN Condemns 'Horrific' Borno Mosque Attack by Suicide Bomber

The United Nations has strongly condemned the suicide bomb attack on a mosque in Gamboru, Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria, which claimed the lives of at least five individuals and left 35 others injured. UN spokesperson Stephan Dujarr expressed sadness over the incident, while UN Resident Humanitarian Coordinator in Nigeria, Moham Fall, issued a statement offering condolences to the victims' families.

Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Zulum, also denounced the attack and called for increased vigilance and security measures during the festive period.
