The report also advises the repeal of Sharia law and anti-blasphemy laws, improvements in policing, and strengthening the justice system to disrupt terrorist financing networks. The Nigerian government has rejected claims of targeting Christians and has confirmed collaboration with the U.S. on executing strikes following a terrorist bombing at a mosque in Gamboru market, Maiduguri.
