U.S. Launches Global Campaign Against Left-Wing Extremism

The U.S. has declared a global campaign against left-wing extremism, coinciding with intensified military confrontations with Iran. U.S.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio criticized Western governments for failing to recognize the threat posed by violent left-wing movements. He stated that the U.S. intends to collaborate with international partners to identify and dismantle organizations involved in politically motivated violence.

Concurrently, the U.S. military confirmed it conducted its seventh consecutive night of strikes inside Iran, targeting areas near the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz. Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei vowed to teach the U.S. an unforgettable lesson, accusing Washington of expanding its military campaign beyond direct attacks.

The Iranian military has also retaliated, striking critical infrastructure in Kuwait, including an electric generation and water desalination plant, causing significant damage. This escalation follows the deaths of two U.S. servicemembers in Jordan amid ongoing tensions.
