US Rep Anna Paulina Condemns Violence Against Christians

Anna Paulina, a United States representative, has expressed alarm regarding the continuous attacks and killings of Christians in Plateau State, Nigeria, attributed to Fulani ethnic militia terrorists and Islamist extremists. In a statement shared on her verified X account, she accused both the state and federal governments of failing to adequately protect Christians from these frequent assaults.

Paulina highlighted that thousands of Christians are under severe threat, with security forces struggling to manage the situation. She detailed specific incidents, including the shooting of a pastor and his church secretary on their way to church, and an ambush involving five Christians traveling in a vehicle.

Additionally, she mentioned the killing of a civilian guard outside his home and a father and son who were beaten and left critically injured. Paulina criticized security agencies for not taking prior warnings and alerts seriously, questioning their response to the escalating violence.
