Vesti Technology Solutions Inc., a US-based financial technology firm operating in Nigeria, is embroiled in a ₦100 million data privacy scandal. Miss Odunola Kehinde has filed a lawsuit accusing the company of illegally publishing her private financial transactions on social media.

The lawsuit, represented by Counsel Olumide Babalola, alleges violations of privacy rights and breach of the Nigeria Data Protection Act. Kehinde demands damages and a court order to compel Vesti to delete the offensive posts.
