Chinazam Ike Named ADP Vice Presidential Candidate for 2027

Hon. Chinazam Ike has emerged as the Vice Presidential Candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) for the upcoming 2027 general elections. His selection has drawn attention due to his familial connection to veteran actor Emeka Ike.

The Coalition for National Political Renewal (CNPR), through a statement by its National Coordinator Damilola Ogunsaya, expressed confidence in Chinazam Ike's capabilities, viewing his candidacy as an opportunity for the ADP to offer a credible alternative to Nigerians. The coalition emphasized that the party's agenda should focus on economic growth driven by production and enterprise, addressing insecurity through a proactive security strategy, and prioritizing youth engagement through skills development and entrepreneurship.

They believe that an ADP-led administration could enhance national unity and improve living standards for Nigerians. The coalition also stated that Chinazam Ike's political relevance will depend on his ideas and leadership capacity, beyond his connection to Emeka Ike.
