VFD Group Plc Closed Period Notice: Q3 2026 Results Pending

VFD Group Plc filed a Notification of Closed Period on October 2, 2026, informing the market that trading restrictions are now in effect for company insiders. The restriction applies pending the release of the company's Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements for the period ended September 30, 2026.

VFD Group Plc (NGX: VFDGROUP) notified the Nigerian Exchange Limited on October 2, 2026 that it has entered a closed period in connection with its Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements and Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2026.

The notification was issued in accordance with Rule 17.18(a) of the Closed Period Rules contained in the Rulebook of The Exchange, 2015, as amended, under the Issuers' Rules.

Under the closed period restrictions, no insider, consultant of the company, or their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in VFD Group's securities. This prohibition remains in force until 24 hours after the Third Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements are officially released through the Issuers' Portal of Nigerian Exchange Limited and made available to the general public.

The company stated that all insiders and persons closely connected to them have been appropriately notified of the restriction.

The notification was signed by Gbeminiyi Shoda, Company Secretary, on behalf of VFD Group Plc, whose registered address is 8, MacGregor Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. The company is led by Group Managing Director Nonso Okpala, with Olatunde Busari (SAN) serving as Chairman.
